Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Browse the catalog, click a product, and hit Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to your cart and check out. You'll fill in your info, pick a payment method, and get payment instructions right away — simple as that.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and local pickup. Card payments via Stripe are coming soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
If you need to make a change, reach out to us before sending payment and we'll take care of it. Once payment is sent and your order is in processing, we may not be able to make changes — but contact us anyway and we'll do our best.
How will I know my payment was received?+
Once your payment comes through, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll be sent a tracking link directly to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
We offer kits on a demand basis. If you need a larger quantity or have a recurring research need, reach out to us directly and we'll work something out.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?+
We ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from there.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is a flat $15. Orders over $150 ship free.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I get a tracking number?+
Yes — once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent directly to the email you provided at checkout. No login or manual lookup needed.
What if my package is lost or damaged?+
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, contact us right away. We'll work with you to make it right.
Is packaging discreet?+
Yes. All orders go out in plain, unmarked packaging — no branding or product info visible on the outside.
Products & Research
Are your peptides third-party tested?+
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party lab, and the results are accessible by QR code or batch number lookup.
Where can I find COAs or lab results?+
Each vial is labeled with a QR code that links directly to the test results for that specific batch. You can also find them on the product page or the COA page.
Are your products legal to purchase in the U.S.?+
Yes — our compounds are legal to purchase for research use only and meet U.S. federal guidelines. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure their purchases and usage comply with applicable state and local regulations.
Do you provide dosing or medical guidance?+
No. We don't offer medical advice or dosage recommendations of any kind. These compounds are intended for qualified research professionals only.
How should peptides be stored?+
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C or below, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within an appropriate timeframe for your research.
